In addition, I have undertaken significant bankruptcy litigation, including complex motion practice, adversary proceedings and creditor work. Recently, while representing a Chapter 7 debtor, I successfully-litigated expunging over sixty percent (60%) of creditors' erroneous proofs of claims.
